Dr Martin Combrinck holds a PhD. in Alternative Medicine, specialising in using laughter as a therapeutic tool to enhance emotional intelligence (EQ) and resilience.
As a qualified Yoga Therapist and Meditation Teacher, Dr Martin empowers individuals on their personal growth journeys. With expertise in mindfulness, stress management, and emotional well-being.
Passionate about community development and personal empowerment, Dr Martin is dedicated to helping individuals and organisations unlock their potential through seminars, workshops, and interactive programmes.
